1. Your Right to Opt Out
ROCKWELL COMMERCE GROUP LIMITED, trading as MoveLune (“MoveLune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and provides eligible consumers with the ability to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of their personal information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), California residents may have the right to opt out of:
- The sale of their personal information;
- The sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Certain uses of personal information for targeted advertising.
MoveLune does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
However, we may use advertising, analytics, social media, and tracking technologies that disclose certain information to third-party advertising partners. Depending on the applicable law, these disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use of personal information for targeted advertising.
2. Information That May Be Disclosed
Depending on how you interact with our website and the privacy choices you select, information disclosed to advertising or analytics partners may include:
- IP address;
- Cookie and device identifiers;
- Browser and device information;
- Approximate location derived from an IP address;
- Pages and products viewed;
- Links and advertisements clicked;
- Shopping-cart and checkout interactions;
- Referring website or traffic source;
- Interactions with our website, emails, or advertisements;
- Information used to measure or personalize advertising.
We do not knowingly sell or share sensitive personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the services you request.
3. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may work with advertising, analytics, and social media providers such as:
- Meta, including Facebook and Instagram;
- Google;
- TikTok;
- Shopify;

These providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, or similar technologies to help us:

- Create advertising audiences;
- Show advertisements that may be more relevant to you;

Please include enough information for us to understand your request, such as:
- Your name;
- The email address associated with your order or account;
- Your country and state of residence;
- A clear statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
You are not required to create an account or make a purchase to submit an opt-out request.
5. Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, our website will process qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
A GPC signal may apply to the browser or device from which it is sent. If you use:
- A different browser;
- A different device;
- Private or incognito browsing;
- Cleared or deleted cookies;
you may need to enable the signal or update your privacy choices again.
Where we can reasonably associate a valid signal with a known customer account, we may apply the preference more broadly as required by applicable law.
California authorities state that businesses subject to the CCPA must honor qualifying opt-out preference signals such as GPC.
6. Effect of Opting Out
After your opt-out request is processed:
- We will take reasonable steps to stop disclosures covered by your request;
- Advertising cookies and pixels may be disabled where applicable;
- You may continue to see advertisements, but they may be less personalized;
- Some website preferences may not be remembered;
- Previously stored advertising cookies may need to be removed through your browser settings.
Opting out will not prevent us from using or disclosing personal information where necessary to:
- Process and deliver your order;
- Process payments;
- Provide customer service;
- Detect fraud or security threats;
- Maintain website functionality;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Work with service providers acting only on our instructions;
- Perform other activities permitted by applicable law.
7. Service Providers
We may continue to disclose personal information to service providers and contractors for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Website hosting;
- Payment processing;
- Order fulfilment;
- Shipping and delivery;
- Customer support;
- Fraud prevention;
- Cybersecurity;
- Data storage;
- Essential website operations.
These providers may process personal information only for permitted purposes and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations.
An opt-out from sale or sharing does not prevent disclosures necessary to fulfil an order or provide a service you have requested.
8. Verification of Requests
We will not require you to verify your identity solely to process a straightforward opt-out request unless verification is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or determine the scope of the request.
We may request limited information where necessary to:
- Identify the relevant account;
- Confirm that the request relates to you;
- Protect your personal information;
- Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized requests.
We will not request more information than reasonably necessary.
9. Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf.
We may request reasonable evidence that the agent has permission to act for you.
You may also be contacted directly where necessary to confirm the authorization, except where applicable law does not permit or require such confirmation.
10. No Discrimination
MoveLune will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised a privacy right.
Exercising an opt-out right will not result in:
- Denial of products or services;
- A different product quality;
- Unlawful additional charges;
- Unlawful changes to pricing;
- Retaliation for submitting a privacy request.
Differences permitted under applicable privacy laws, including lawful loyalty or financial incentive programs, may still apply where clearly disclosed.
11. Children’s Personal Information
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Our website and products are not directed to children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at movelune@gmail.com.
12. Opting Back In
You may subsequently request that MoveLune resume uses or disclosures of personal information to which you previously opted out.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before resuming those activities.
We will not ask you to opt back in before the end of any legally required waiting period. California privacy authorities state that covered businesses generally must wait at least 12 months before asking a consumer to opt back in after an opt-out.
