This Advertising, Endorsements & Reviews Disclosure explains how we may work with content creators, fitness professionals, affiliates, customers, and other promotional partners.

It also explains how compensated relationships, incentives, product gifting, affiliate commissions, testimonials, and customer results may be presented through:

  • Our website;
  • Product pages;
  • Social media accounts;
  • Digital advertisements;
  • Email or SMS marketing;
  • Influencer and creator content;
  • Affiliate links or promotional codes;
  • Videos, photographs, reviews, and testimonials.

This disclosure supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other policies available on our website.

MoveLune may work with:

These individuals or organizations may receive compensation or another benefit in connection with their promotion of MoveLune products.

Compensation or benefits may include:

  • Free products;
  • Gifted products;
  • Discounted products;
  • Affiliate commissions;
  • Performance bonuses;
  • Promotional codes;
  • Travel or event expenses;
  • Contest prizes;
  • Early access to products;
  • Other commercial benefits.

An endorsement should reflect the honest opinion, findings, beliefs, or experience of the person making it.

Compensation does not guarantee a positive opinion, and MoveLune does not authorize endorsers to make statements they do not genuinely believe.

3. Disclosure of Commercial Relationships

Anyone promoting MoveLune must clearly disclose any relationship that could affect how consumers evaluate the endorsement.

Where applicable, disclosures may include clear wording such as:

  • Ad
  • Advertisement
  • Sponsored
  • Paid partnership with MoveLune
  • Gifted by MoveLune
  • MoveLune sent me this product
  • I earn commission from purchases made through this link
  • Affiliate link
  • MoveLune ambassador

The disclosure should:

  • Be easy to notice and understand;
  • Appear close to the endorsement or recommendation;
  • Be presented before or at the same time as the promotional claim;
  • Not be hidden among hashtags, links, or lengthy text;
  • Be visible without requiring the viewer to select “more” where reasonably possible;
  • Be included visually and verbally in video content where appropriate;
  • Remain visible long enough for viewers to notice and understand it;
  • Be provided in the same language as the endorsement where appropriate.

Platform-provided “paid partnership” tools may be used but may not always replace an additional clear disclosure within the content.

This page does not replace the requirement to disclose a commercial relationship within each relevant advertisement, endorsement, post, video, review, or communication.

4. Gifted and Discounted Products

A person who receives a free or discounted MoveLune product may have a material relationship with MoveLune even if no monetary payment was made.

Where a product has been gifted, loaned, provided at a substantial discount, or supplied in exchange for content or feedback, that relationship should be clearly disclosed.

Receiving a free or discounted product does not require the recipient to provide a positive review unless a specific lawful and transparently disclosed arrangement states otherwise.

MoveLune does not require individuals to conceal the fact that they received a product or benefit.

5. Affiliate Partners, Links and Promotional Codes

MoveLune may operate or participate in affiliate and referral arrangements.

Under these arrangements, a creator, publisher, partner, or other affiliate may receive a commission or benefit when a customer:

  • Clicks a tracked link;
  • Uses an affiliate promotional code;
  • Makes a purchase;
  • Registers through a referral;
  • Completes another qualifying action.

Affiliate links and codes do not normally increase the customer’s purchase price unless expressly stated.

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive a commission or other benefit. The existence of an affiliate link or discount code alone may not adequately explain the commercial relationship.

Affiliate partners are responsible for complying with:

  • Their agreement with MoveLune;
  • Platform rules;
  • Applicable advertising laws;
  • Consumer-protection requirements;
  • Disclosure obligations in each country where their content is available.

MoveLune may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship where a partner uses misleading claims, concealed advertising, spam, false reviews, unauthorized health claims, or other prohibited practices.

6. Fitness and Wellness Professionals

MoveLune may work with Pilates instructors, personal trainers, fitness professionals, or other individuals with relevant experience.

These professionals may receive payment, free products, commissions, or other benefits.

Their statements reflect their own opinions and experiences unless expressly identified as statements made by MoveLune.

An endorsement by a fitness or wellness professional does not mean that:

  • The product is medically approved;
  • The product is suitable for every person;
  • A particular health or fitness result is guaranteed;
  • The endorsement replaces medical advice;
  • The professional has evaluated every possible use or user condition.

Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine, particularly where they have an injury, medical condition, mobility concern, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other reason to seek professional guidance.

7. Customer Reviews and Testimonials

MoveLune may display customer reviews and testimonials through:

  • Product pages;
  • Landing pages;
  • Advertisements;
  • Email campaigns;
  • Social media;
  • Video content;
  • Other marketing materials.

Reviews and testimonials represent the individual experiences, opinions, and circumstances of the people who provide them.

Individual experiences may vary. A review or testimonial does not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same or a similar result.

MoveLune may edit reviews for:

  • Spelling;
  • Grammar;
  • Formatting;
  • Length;
  • Removal of personal information;
  • Removal of irrelevant material;
  • Compliance with our content standards.

Any edit will not intentionally change the material meaning or overall sentiment of the original submission.

We may refuse or remove content that:

  • Is fake or misleading;
  • Contains unlawful material;
  • Includes harassment, threats, or discriminatory content;
  • Discloses personal or confidential information;
  • Infringes intellectual property rights;
  • Contains malware, spam, or unrelated advertising;
  • Reviews a different product or service;
  • Cannot reasonably be linked to a genuine experience;
  • Violates our Terms of Service.

We will not remove a genuine review solely because it expresses a negative opinion about MoveLune or its products.

8. Verified Reviews

A review may be identified as a “verified purchase” or similar term where our records or review provider reasonably indicate that the reviewer purchased the relevant product.

A verification label generally confirms the existence of an associated transaction. It does not mean that MoveLune endorses every statement made in the review.

Reviews not carrying a verified-purchase label may still come from individuals who received, used, tested, or purchased a product through another legitimate method.

We will not knowingly label a review as verified where we do not have a reasonable basis for doing so.

9. Incentivized Reviews

MoveLune may occasionally invite customers to provide honest feedback in exchange for:

  • A discount;
  • Loyalty points;
  • Entry into a prize draw;
  • A free sample;
  • Another disclosed incentive.

Any incentive is offered in exchange for an honest review, not specifically for a positive or five-star review.

Where required, incentivized reviews will be clearly identified or accompanied by a disclosure explaining the incentive.

MoveLune prohibits:

  • Purchasing fake reviews;
  • Creating reviews from people who do not exist;
  • Using AI-generated reviews represented as genuine customer experiences;
  • Requiring a positive rating as a condition of receiving an incentive;
  • Paying for reviews without appropriate disclosure;
  • Misrepresenting employee reviews as independent customer reviews;
  • Suppressing genuine negative reviews through threats or intimidation.

The FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule prohibits specified deceptive practices involving fake or false reviews and testimonials and permits civil penalties for knowing violations.

10. Employee, Owner and Personal Relationships

MoveLune employees, directors, owners, contractors, agents, family members, and individuals with personal or business relationships with MoveLune must not present themselves as independent customers without disclosing that relationship.

Where such a person posts an endorsement or review, the relationship should be stated clearly whenever it would not otherwise be apparent to the audience.

11. Results and Transformation Content

MoveLune marketing may feature customer experiences, exercise demonstrations, progress stories, photographs, videos, or other fitness-related content.

The results shown may be influenced by factors including:

  • Exercise frequency;
  • Exercise intensity;
  • Technique;
  • Diet and nutrition;
  • Existing fitness level;
  • Age;
  • Mobility;
  • Health status;
  • Consistency;
  • Lifestyle;
  • Use of other equipment or fitness programs.

Individual results vary.

MoveLune does not guarantee:

  • Weight loss;
  • Fat loss;
  • A slimmer waist;
  • Muscle growth;
  • Pain relief;
  • Improved posture;
  • Increased flexibility;
  • A specific body transformation;
  • Results within a particular period;
  • Medical or therapeutic outcomes.

Any before-and-after content should accurately represent the individuals shown and should not be materially altered, fabricated, or presented in a misleading manner.

12. Health and Product Claims

Endorsers, affiliates, customers, and promotional partners must not make unauthorized claims that a MoveLune product:

  • Diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease;
  • Replaces medical treatment;
  • Guarantees weight or fat loss;
  • Eliminates pain;
  • Corrects a medical condition;
  • Produces guaranteed results;
  • Is appropriate for every individual;
  • Has received approval or certification that it has not actually received.

Any objective statement about product specifications, performance, materials, testing, safety, or results must be accurate and supported by appropriate evidence.

Endorsers must use only current, approved product information provided or confirmed by MoveLune.

13. User-Generated Content

MoveLune may request permission to use customer photographs, videos, reviews, social media posts, or other user-generated content.

Where permission is granted, content may be used in accordance with our Terms of Service and the terms of the permission provided.

The use of customer content by MoveLune does not necessarily mean that the customer was paid. Where payment, free products, discounts, or other benefits were provided, the relationship will be disclosed where required.

14. Social Media Advertising

MoveLune may advertise through platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital services.

Advertisements may include:

  • Paid social media posts;
  • Creator partnerships;
  • Product demonstrations;
  • Customer testimonials;
  • Retargeting advertisements;
  • Affiliate promotions;
  • Promotional codes;
  • User-generated content;
  • Edited or produced marketing materials.

Sponsored or paid content will be identified in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

15. Editorial and Comparison Content

MoveLune may publish articles, guides, product comparisons, educational materials, or other editorial content.

Where MoveLune owns, controls, sponsors, commissions, or financially benefits from editorial or comparison content, that relationship will be disclosed where it may not otherwise be clear to the audience.

MoveLune will not knowingly present company-controlled promotional content as an independent third-party review.

16. Monitoring and Compliance

MoveLune may provide endorsers, influencers, affiliates, and promotional partners with guidance about:

  • Approved product information;
  • Advertising disclosures;
  • Prohibited claims;
  • Safe product use;
  • Brand and intellectual-property requirements.

We may monitor publicly available promotional content relating to an active MoveLune partnership.

Where content is inaccurate, misleading, inadequately disclosed, unsafe, or inconsistent with applicable rules, we may request that it be:

  • Corrected;
  • Updated;
  • Clearly disclosed;
  • Suspended;
  • Removed.

Repeated or serious violations may result in termination of the relevant partnership or affiliate account.

17. No Guarantee of Independence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content appearing on MoveLune-owned websites, social media accounts, advertisements, product pages, or marketing channels is created, commissioned, selected, or published by MoveLune and should not be interpreted as independent editorial content.

Third-party content creators remain responsible for their own opinions and representations, subject to their agreements with MoveLune and applicable law.

18. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Advertising, Endorsements & Reviews Disclosure to reflect changes in:

  • Our advertising practices;
  • Affiliate programs;
  • Creator partnerships;
  • Applicable laws;
  • Regulatory guidance;
  • Products and services.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
